This is from a couple of months ago but met this handsome chap just close to where I live, there are three or four of them who live there. See them when walking the bowwows. Haven't made it that far recently though!!

We lived on a estate once that had about 50 peafowl along with various breeds of ornamental pheasants which my late husband looked after.

Lovely to look at, but very noisy at times...and very partial to cheese!

As you say beautiful but very noisy, didn't know about the cheese, will take some with me when I make it that far again.
