Just a bit about me I’m 68 and have had osteoarthritis in both Knees diagnosed about 15 years ago. I’ve had numerous injections in both knees which helps for short periods. I can’t take anti-inflammatory drugs d/t Barrets esophagus and reflux problems. On here to learn how to achieve some pain control. No longer on Narco, I decided to stop it, didn’t help but for a short time anyhow. The only thing gives me any relief is Voltaren gel topically. Presently trying CBD oil, no help ty
