Yesterday was one of the worst in my life with my back,My back was so bad i was crying with it at breakfast and then when we visited our friends i burst out crying there. Thankfully they are very good friends of ours so it didn't matter that they saw me cry the gentleman put his arms round me and let me cry. My hubby was away last week at the Menin gate for GP90 there was 1,100 standards there,anyway my dear friend came to stay with me me while he was away and a lovely time we had as well. Anyway my back and neck was poor the whole time.
I have a hot water bottle round my neck as i am typing this post. So i hope your all as pain free as you can be.xxxx
