Having been diagnosed at a very young age, just 4, with a rare form of glomerular nephritis (kidney inflammation) that lead to the eventual failure of my kidneys at 14, a great gift of a cadaveric kidney transplant at 21, the failure of that almost 20 years later...another kidney gift in 2019....this is just part of the story....we are the creators of our stories, the editor, the producer, the lighting expert! All the nuance and layers we weave and spiral in.

Having grown up in Zambia with a truly wholistic naturopathic physician in South Africa, these sowed powerful seeds of how key food, sunshine, outdoor playing, friendships, prayer, healing energies all seep into the fabric of who we really are. A sovereign Self.

Yoga viewed through the more feminine lines, seeks softening. Seeks yielding. Seeks the ultimate revelation to continue the journey into Know Thyself. Wild, rebellious, sensuous, unapologetic, nurturing - all are divine feminine qualities.

For those of you drawn to the deeper mysteries of life and for those with open minds to hear different perspectives that often are infused with great practicality - have a listen to this conversation with 2 wonderful sisters from U.S where we talk about the healing energy of the Moon, simple things to help regulate the nervous system and how we all have access to the pantheon of Goddesses, we can make our own.

All of this is our yoga and deep nourishment.
