6/6 breathing for self regulation and coherence

Hello community. You are invited to a free online breath event I'm hosting next month.

Breath is life. It is always a resource we have to turn to - yet many have not had the real embodied opportunity to explore it.

All are welcome. It's a one hour session with practical and guided experience along with a helpful overview of our lovely respiratory system. To bring it to life!

6/6 breathing has no contraindications. And it's totally fine to be seated in a chair. No special equipment or clothing needed. Just you...breathing.

Breath practises can lead to altered states so it's great to start with solid foundations of this 6/6 balanced breathing. Understanding where you're at in your body and breath at the moment. We cultivate resilience in our nervous system and are better able to bring ourselves back home. Of course, this is very nuanced for each person, so the invitation is to come simply with an open heart and release any pressure or worry of expectation upon yourself.
