Hi Mandos, we are also people who have a lot of experience of RA and its effects and the various drugs we are on so we are able to offer help, support and information and we use our knowledge to guide people in the right direction when they are searching for answers to a particular problem e.g. how to apply for DLA or ESA etc.

Hi Mandos

If you hover over the word 'volunteer' you will see an explanation, as follows:

'Volunteers give answers that are likely to be particularly credible and helpful'.

People make a request to us when they want to become volunteers and we carefully consider the request, based on the responses and support that they have given to others on this forum.

Kind regards

Victoria
