why is my pottasium lvels low

beenhaving my monthly blood test since aug , been on mtx since april a few days after having bloods done the dr phones and asks me to increase eating foods in pottasium is the mtx causing this dr given me a list of high potassium foods which is helping.

M y pottasium levels have been low for a long time. The doc told me to eat marmite , i dont like it but take a heaped teaspoon every day. Also told to drink less fluid but i find this hard. Certain medication can effect the levels.

There are many good foods high in potassium. I always start my day ( though it's lunchtime before I can eat anything) with a banana and yogurt and I'm addicted to oranges.
