If anyone ever runs out of paracetamol Aldi sell 500gm pack for 19p, thats right as i have brought a few to top up in case i ever run out. They are the same strength as the ones we get from the drs. Just thought some of you might be interested.

Just an after thought i have lost another 2lbs. xxxx

Brilliant bargain hunting Sylvi and well done on your loss x Its so windy here today that I don't want to leave the house. Just keeping warm and doing a spot of cleaning. Its amazing how much mess gets made at the weekend when the men are home x

Paula,it is very windy here today. I intended to walk back from rosemary conleys this morning, but by the time i got to the rec. it was so windy that i rang bob and he was just leaving the allotment so he picked me up on the way home. It is not only windy out there but cold as well.

I have brought several of the paracetamol to go in my handbag and i find a lot of stuff in aldi a lot cheaper than any where else. Also their fresh chickens are very good and tasty, the don't have a lot of water in them.

How are you my darling as i haven't seen you much on here?

I walked yesterday up the village and back and i thought i could do it today after i had done a bit of exercises, but my hips started to let let me know that i still need to recover a bit more after yesterday,So here i am after having lunch and now i have a mug of tea and resting.xxxxx

I do all my shopping at Lidl now and find it much cheaper than the other big supermarkets. I avoid processed foods and they're really good for basics like fresh fruit and veg so suits my lifestyle. It sounds like you're doing really well compared to last time I looked in on you, well done on all your hard work :-)

I'm doing really well right now thanks. I think the diet and weightloss has given me something positive to focus on and since joining a gym I've had access to a nice warm spa which helps no end. I just wish I had more energy to enjoy it as my mind feels awful sluggish. More exercises for the brain needed perhaps? x

I don't know about brain exercises i need a transplant the way my brain is working at the moment. I think it is easier with bob controlling my diet. He does all the hard work,i just sit and eat what i am told!!!!!

I am glad your doing well i really am paula it is nice to know some of us are doing ok.

xxxxxxx

Think they are similar price in asda maybe as low as 16 pence , im off to drs this afternoon after a nap xx
