Sorry you had a bad night, its horrible isnt it. I also had a bad night, aching, painfull. It is a lonely place in the dead of the night, but as you have said thank god for this lovely forum we have to share with and comfort each other when needed.

Hi sorry about the bad nights, I am going through the same thing, not sure if it's because I am now out of work and not getting tried during the day even though I do keep myself busy, reading and writing. There is a plus side to getting up early I can catch up on all the tv shows I have recorded and can write and read in peace and it gives me more time during the day. We all say we don,t have enough time in the day, well I do have now. I know it means more hours of pain that's the down side. And I don,t have to listen to my wife snoring. I get a few winks when see is at work or out shopping. Hay ho good times.
