not a happy little bunny today not at all

well got up yesterday and whent for me usuall 1 1/2 mile walk taking me time of course not pusshing it to try me new shoes i bought cos i had been getting pain in me big toe while i was down at the caravan for the week end.

was flagging a bit 200 yards from our house but i pressed on with it thought bugger you aches in the knees and feet.

whent down me mates for the day DIDNT HAVE COLD FEET AGAIN yippeee a result i thought even though me toes and standing was a bit hard

got up this morning sweat in bed again had not had it for 5 days while up at caravan was not as bad as usually is but it did smell a bit.

and me knees seemed like they had partialy locked up worst ive experienced so far.

its a bit like ya ligaments dot know how to hold you up and when knees seem a bit swelled feet go cold and knees go cold have to warm them near the fire

every bleed ing thing in me body seems to be twisting slightly out of place.

the phisio exersises dont work only seem to hurt ya self more.

SO ITS ONE GREAT STEP FOR MANKIND AND 5 STEPS BACK NEXT MORNING.

this is john news at ten fed up had enough and couldnt care less LOL.

HOPE YOU GUYS ARE HAVING A BETTER DAY THAN ME.

AYWAY NEW DOCS ON MONDAY PHISIO THIS THURSDAY.

just as a little after thought bit coserned about the wife over the week end she had red rashes on her neck area and know its moved to her elbows a bit suspicious this to me in the elbow places especialy when they look like somthing i saw on my knees at the start out of this hmm wonder what her doc will say she thinks its shingles that she had some time ago comming back

I'm intrigued John, what smelled a bit, you or the caravan or the new shoes !!! lol

Anyway it does seem that you are going one step forward and one step back like me at the moment but just think in a few months when the spring comes we will be running around the caravan sites in our vans!!! Axx

Hi John - sounds tough at your end I must say. Rather glad not to have you in my bed at least - couldn't cope with all that sweating and smelling you're doing - but then my OH is a snorer big time so anything on top of snoring would finish me off completely! Hope things go well with new doc and physio. I think it really is about time they gave you something proper to tackle your Spondyloarthritis - seems rotten that you are just left unmedicated and in limbo. Keep pestering 'em to do something for you and good luck!

Hope your wife doesn't have shingles but I'd send her to the GP pronto if I were you. Tilda
