Sorry can't help in your area.

However do you not have a local hydrotherapy pool? Ours runs disabled sessions and the heat is much better on your bones.

There is a disabled swimming club at Ringwood Leisure Centre. They swim on Saturday from 12.15 to 1.30 and you have use of the gym for an hour before. Cost is £15 per year plus £2 per swim - the gym is included in the membership fee. They are really friendly and keen to get new members.

We do have an NRAS regional group that meet in Christchurch hospital. Their next meeting is actually tonight! This is the link to our website with further details of the group:
