My lips are so dry that I wake up in the morning and they have bleeding cracks in them. I'm trying to work out if this is a side effect or a complete coincidence? Thanks

this more commonly caused by a vitamin defiency.. get a good multivit it should help.. some times it can develop further into a fungal type infection, which will require medication. such as an antifungal cream.. get your gp and or pharmacist to take a look and see what they say.. its hard to advise without seeing you.
best wishes Alison
Hi - I have been on hydroxychloroquine for about 3 months now and have experienced very dry lips as well. Have also had a number of coldsores which take forever to heal. I use lots of lipsil (especially just before bed) and this has really helped. Take care, Susannah
