REJUVANATION!!!

Hi All

Well I feel rejuvanated - how long for this time I don't know, but I'm gonna make every mninute count of my rejuvanation!

Woke up this morning and I'm able to spring out of bed again. No morning pain killers needed. It sunny and a gorgeous morning. I've got a wash on and after breakie hubby and I plan to go out for the day. Still undecided where, but I've been in since Monday, so looking forward to it.

It is amazing how lifted your mood is when you are not in pain? I know it won't last, but I am trying not think about that and focus on the here and now. Be positive is my mantra for the day.
