Me of cause. Why you may ask? Well hubby and i went to bedworth to get the veg and some nice crusty bread for me for tea as by then i will be home alone and getting a sandwich is easy for me.
On the way back to the car we called in at a charity shop as i like to nosey around them as you never know what your going to find. Well what i found is that i went a pearler. There was a nice stool for sitting in front of the sink that was fold up and i thought that was a good idea for me when i'm in the garden potting on my plants. Well i don't know if i didn't put it together right or not, because when i went to try it out it gave way on me and yes you've guessed it i fell backwards onto the floor. I felt a right fool i can tell you. Everybody was lovely to me. Hubby and another man helped me get up which was nice.
The upshot of it is that i have rattled my bones a bit and i have the makings of a lovely bruise on my elbow. Both arms and hands are sore and i still shake a bit. My knees feel the same. I'm staying off my feet for the rest of the day and hope that i haven't done any more damage to my knee before i go into hospital which is now only 12 days away. My hasn't that flown by.
So here i am having had a couple of tramadol and a cup of tea sitting here enjoying your blogs. xx

Hi sylvi, im sat having a cuppa and dosing up before work. Poor you! Hope your mishap hasnt left you in too much discomfort. Its something that would prolly happen to me,its a standing joke in our house that im so accident prone id trip over fresh air Its lovely to hear that people helped you.Try and enjoy the rest of your day. Kerry, my left arm feels pretty rough,I have a lovely bruise and as i have fragile skin i have a lovely blood slot on it as well. My bad knee fells solid, so i dread to think what has happened in there. Never mind it will soon be sorted out. Hope you have a good shift at your work.
Thanks,i think your right,i'm not safe to left alone am i? I have had a early bath as both of mine are at work. Now my fingers are sore and my knee feels tight. My left arm has taken the brunt of it. I have a lovely bruise coming on my elbow. I'm a silly billy aren't i? xxxx
No I think you need locking up Sylvi until the big day! Maybe a really squishy padded cell with a nice window with unreachable pot plants that you can watch your OH watering and tending until you have been fixed would be the best solution?! TTx

Paula, even my hubby has said that. I thought i would have been safe in a shop looking round. I don't know if i dare go in there again...
i am laughing about it,just as well the depression has not kicked in otherwise i think i would be a mess. I will take it real easy now i don't think i will be having any jaunts now until this op is out of the way.
Summer,its 2.30am and i have come down for some tramadol as i am in agony. both hands are sore. The knee that's having the op done on it in 10days time is also so very sore. I have a massive bruise on my left elbow. The bruise is hot and very sore to touch. I could cry summer i really could. I think i should be put in cotton wool for the last 10days to protect me from myself. How much of the pain i'm in is from the fall and i wonder if the fall has set of a flare of my ra.
I am still in a lot of pain. I think the shock came out monday as i was really rough. I have a massive bruise on my left arm and the knee thats going to operated on is very sore. Never mind summer only 8days to go. Hope that your keeping wellish. xx
Was keeping well til last night when woke with bad cramp in right calf!. didnt get much sleep.. was scuffling around in the small hours taking amitriptyline and quinine , hardly any sleep so had to ring in sick today!
