reaction to celebrex

has anyone had a skin reaction from taking Celebrex? Like hands looking burned and dry skin and red rash in arms legs and torso and cracked and hard skin build up on feet?

It's always possible that it's the celebrex, but do consider other causes. It's all too common for us all to blame our medication! There are certainly other options to celebrex (a COX-2 inhibitor NSAI) anyway which might be safer for you in view of its slightly increased risk of CVS disease.

HiI had to stop celebrex due to the side effects. My ankles swelled and I felt extremely unwell including sore skin. As soon as I stopped it the symptoms subsided, but check with your rheumatologist before stopping. I hope you find a solution. Xx
