Painful hands , all joints severe on waking in morning

I am tapering to 3.5! Mgs prednisone, been on pred for 8 yrs, twice at 40 and have tapered each time, this time since dec 2022, sincevfirst if this year been one thing after another, labral tears, tears in glutes hamstring, s groin pain, severe arthritisvin rightvl hip, rheumy says probably not pmr anymore, in a lot of pain on waking and firdt part if day, tylenol doesntvl help, along with other back issues, internal ie IBS c, recent diverticulitis flare, all getting me down, but the morning hand and jointvpain is the worst right now, anybsuggestions?
