Really worth listening to. Very honest interview, in how it affects her physically and the impact on her life. But not at all depressing, more a realistic way of expressing chronic pain.could identify with many of the ways she spoke about fibromyalgia and inflammatory arthritis.

A thoroughly honest interview with an amazing and intelligent lady. Her explanation was probably the most understanding and understandable I have ever heard with no trace of self pity. She said it how it is for her and she has my admiration and sympathy.

I listened to Kirsty podcast which she explained it very well , just how I feel . I suffered from RA for 10 years , also have osteoarthritis , osteopenia, seven fractures in spine , fallen fractured my wrist. foot , injury to my chest. I cer have had my down days , I have other things going on, I try to push on best I can , I have good friends who I talk to , I re right when you have a goid day just do what you can to enjoy it , if it’s a bad day rest up, it’s good that we can support people through this website , keep going everyone ❤️

I found this very interesting and informative. While I don't have fibromyalgia, many years ago I went through a period of, what was probably post viral, fatigue. I like Kirsty ended up having to prioritise what I was doing. Thankfully I am mostly recovered from this problem but impacted my life for several years. At times my RA has also caused periodic fatigue and my previous experience has helped me cope and understand what was happening to me.
