Hi, just wondering if anyone has secondary lymphoedema and rheumatoid arthritis and if so what RA medication you are on, I am waiting to find out what medication I can be prescribed as I am currently having a flare up, I have had RA for over 35 years and been on various medications but the last ones were methotrexate and biological Amgevita but had to come off them due to cellulitis and an operation but I am desperate to get some inflammation relief. It would be interesting if anyone is in the same boat and what is working for you?

It seems to be rather rare - and I'm sorry you haven't had any replies as a result!

but I can't give you any personal experience except that since developing vasculitis of my legs mainly, I've had swollen lower legs. I've now gone back on my adalumimab which is helping the RA and PMR symptoms, but I think that the increase in the prednisolone dose that I'm still taking is probably making the leg oedema worse.
