Mine seem to be quite deep; tried to excavate one on my toe thinking it would be like a blood blister but I didn't get to the bottom it. The ones I get on my fingertips are also a bit tender.

Do you have Raynaud’s? They look like the microhaemorages used to get from my Raynaud’s until I started treatment. My rheumatologist said they were petechae and started me on infusions for my Raynaud’s - not had them since although Raynaud’s has got worse.. Now my main diagnosis is systemic sclerosis but looks different. I looked at your profile and see you di have Raynaud’s as well as EDS. I have both too. Maybe post same on the SRUK group?
