Please, please contact your GP and RA team. If it gets worse go to A&E. I don’t know if there is a connection but PPIs could do something and you need to be sure. Obviously it could be nothing but better safe than sorry. Don’t ignore swollen ankles as fluid overload can be serious. Or call 111
maybe try a different ppi. I am on pantoprazole with magnesium, and have been since before starting all the dmards and now my 3rd biologic.
