Patient Volunteers needed with RA in their hands for medical student exam in Leicester on Tuesday 13th June!

Our friends at Leicester Medical School are looking for volunteers with RA in their hands to help them out as real-life patients for our students. The aim to assess the student to see if they are ready to move on to their next year before becoming doctors. This would take place in Leicester so they are ideally looking for any volunteers around that area!

Volunteers will need to be available either (Morning) 8.15am-12.30pm OR (Afternoon) 12.30pm-17.30pm. If you are able to do a full day, that is possible too. There will be lots of breaks and it will be a great chance to get to know other patients.

Taxis will be provided, refreshments, drinks and even lunch. You will also receive an Amazon gift voucher for your time!

Why am I seeing this now, wish I saw this back then. My hands are badly affected, snapped tendons, fingers pointing in different ways, they a mess lol. Diagnosed at 13 so going 22 years with it woohoo
