A good positive read, thank goodness someone is saying positive things about older women.

I had an early menopause at 42 years old, took HRT for a number of years to help particularly with night sweats and daytime flushes.

I've always enjoyed each part of my life and never approached the menopause with fear, but rather freedom. Society puts too much pressure on women to be, or act, or look in a certain way.

Just be yourself and embrace each part of your life with confidence.
