blood tests and RA flares

HI

has anyone noticed any changes in their blood test results when going into a flare?

does wbc and/or neutrophils increase when you went into the flare ?

or does it just show in the crp/esr readings only?

please advise asap

my blood is always normal except when I get a Covid vaccination. Then the CRP goes straight up.

CRP, for sure. Platelats too for me. But another tip-off in my case is that my average resting heartrate rises noticeably, by as much as 5-20 beats per minute, starting up to a week before a flare.

certainly anytime I go into a flare, my crp and esr increase quite a lot. Also my heart rate would increase too. My neutrophils are usually fairly low due to the biologic I take.

When I flare, my CRP and ESR go right up and if it goes on for several weeks, my haemoglobin and neutrophils go down. I also have an increased resting heart rate and sometimes higher blood pressure. It's rare for me to have a flare and not to see it in my blood results.
