Paying more attention to the present moment, to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you can improve your mental wellbeing. The host of the Meditation & Mindfulness Wellbeing course, Salarah Starre will help you learn practices that can easily be incorporated into your everyday lives. The NRAS Wellbeing course starts 5th of October, for five weeks and takes place via Zoom. Check out the website for further information: nras.org.uk/wellbeing-courses/
