NRAS have organised a Tripudio Wellbeing Course starting the 6th of July, which has been designed specifically for people living with RA or JIA. Tripudio is a gentle form of exercise and is performed to different genres of music. The course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Tripudio is Latin for 'dance', but also translates as 'leap with joy'. It does not exclude anyone as the exercises can be done seated.
