Join our Tripudio Wellbeing Course starting 4 May, which has been designed specifically for people living with RA or JIA. The course is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Tripudio is Latin for 'dance', but also translates as 'leap with joy'. It does not exclude anyone as the exercises can be done seated. Listen to what Nadine, the NRAS support services manager, who has lived for RA for 35 years says about it here youtu.be/lUrmeKnzZHw
