Our NRAS 3 Counties group is having a face-to-face meeting with a fantastic guest speaker. Have a look below for details below from the group on how to register.

Please use the link below to Register for 'Zoom' of our Face-to-Face Meeting, Tuesday 19 October, 7.00-9.00, at St Francis Church, 121 Upper Chobham Road, Frimley, GU15 1EE.

SPEAKERS - Karen Boulton, Physio at Frimley Park Hospital. The session is Physio and 'Getting Ready for Winter', covering toning up exercises to help recover from this difficult year and getting ready for the winter. Please email questions you would like covered to NRAS3Counties@nras.org.uk

AIM FOR 2022 - We hope to restart our bi-monthly meetings. The dates will be confirmed in December, starting with a January meeting. We are fortunate to have provisionally booked our Speaker, Sandra Smith, Pharmacist from Frimley Park Hospital.

We hope people will be able to join us in person but if not, we would be delighted to see you on Zoom. We only run the meetings, please contact the NRAS helpline or your RA Team for more support. NRAS Membership with online information and zoom sessions are a wonderful source for anyone with RA, please help to get NRAS known to those who need support.
