Join us for our next Zoom event: The Importance of Exercise in Inflammatory Arthritis.

Professor George Metsios will be joining us with a presentation and a chance to have a Q&A session with him. We will also be joined by Ayesha Ahmad who is a personal trainer but has RA herself and she will be giving you a few examples of exercises that you may be able to do.

When: Thursday 20th May 2021, 2pm-4pm on Zoom
