Should of ideally been out 19th July on free dumb day but not sure what I expect from paid liers!! 😂

Professor Iain McInnes from the University of Glasgow is leading the Octave study and there are up to 5,000 people participating but as London Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham also involved in research I’d imagine collating the results is taking more time than envisaged. Professor Innes answered questions on a recent NRAS Zoom chat and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Maybe it’s still on YT if you want to watch.

Hi ya, I did watch it he's absolutely brilliant and very reassuring about everything, but was expecting results a little quicker especially as he said a few weeks I thought it would coincide with July 19th and the restrictions easing, I know myself I'm really worried still and not knowing what protection we get on our different meds is a complete shambles, as long term pred and another I can't remember, protection is really not great! I'm normally really positive but I'm not even venturing out, my step daughter had to isolate and now my partner is waiting to see if she is positive with covid as works at a preschool with 2 positives this week! All this time I haven't a clue how well I'm covered!! Now our vaccine minister says results are imminent, it's not bloody x factor!!, 😹

I’m sure as soon as Octave can publish the results and let us know they will do. I agree, very uncertain and worrying times. Just keep keeping as safe as you can.
