Is there any support I can find in Punjabi?

My mum's main language is Punjabi and I would like to see if there is any support for her with her arthritis. She is in pain daily and has helped in terms of medication and some physiotherapy but her condition seems to be getting worse. I think she could really benefit from knowing there are other people she can talk to and turn to for advice.

Hi hira. Have you tried contacting NRAS as asking them where you could find help with this?

As springcross has mentioned it may be worth giving the NRAS helpline a call as they may have some publications or resources in Punjabi ,or be able to offer or sign post you to services that may be of help andthat your mum could be linked to who she could talk to or turn to for advise. I hope she will get the help and support she needs, she has a lovely daughter in you who clearly wants to help her get the appropriate advice. Let us know how you get on and sending some good wishes to you and your mum too. Take care.

If you look under Apni Jung on NRAS you will find a video by a rheumatologist in Punjabi , i hope this will be of help.
