That's great that its working for you and I hope it continues to do so.Just a word of caution from someone who has had RA for 25 years. Please ensure you keep going for your bloods and specialist appointments. You don't know what damage might be been done behind the scenes. I don't want to be negative. I'm just talking from personal experience and its something I wish I'd have known. X
This is good to know! Are you still having regular blood checks for Sulfasalazine? I thought Sulfasalazine is similar to MTX, re liver etc. Do you have a low dose of Sulfasalzine?
They do say sugar causes such a lot of inflammation and I do feel really twingy on my worst joints if Iβve had sweet things. Glad you have had such positive results and I can see you are still on your other RA meds so the combo of your therapies is working very well for you. π

I practice yoga every day (sometimes twice) but rest on Sunday.
I have an active job and sleep well. There is no information from the Dr's or Consultants on diet and nutrition which is the most basic thing that affects our health.
