Advice please

I have had rheumatoid arthritis for about 4 years.Is it normal to have constant mild joint pain?Thanks for any help

Honestly, yes. Mild pain is kind of okay. Swollen joints and stiffness are not, these indicate uncontrolled disease activity.

Ok,thanks👍👍👍.my hands and feet are stiff in the morning but only for about 30 mins

Hello Ruskytron, I don't know your history, so can't really advise you. I am in remission so don't have constant pain. This might also be because I follow an exercise and stretching routine quite. Do you do any stretching and light exercise? I might alleviate the stiffness. All the best.

My job is quite physical plus I have dogs so walk a lot and run.Thanks for the help
