RA & hypothyroidism

Good afternoon. I was diagnosed with ra 17 months ago , i tried 3 dmards before starting biologics 7 weeks ago which i dont think are working as my crp has gone up slightly. However i also have hypothyroidism for 22 yrs but since i tried my 1st dmard, i have been gaining weight and its nearly 2 stone now, so i have had my thyroid levels checked and they have been changing significantly since last January 2020.

Has anyone else bern in this situation ?

I am waiting for a call today from my endocrinologist.

I have RA and hypothyroid. My Thyroxin was reduced from 175μg to 125μg and the levels have been stable since. Whether it had anything to do with the RA medication or not, who knows? I hope you get a helpful result.
