Can anybody respond have r a
I did respond to this a day or so ago? Not sure what happened there.
You asked the same question a couple of days ago. I think there are probably very few people who take nothing for their RA, as it tends to be progressive. So you may not get any more answers.
It sounds as if you are worried about the vaccine, but I really don’t think you have to be. Getting Covid is far more scary than the vaccine!
Hi,
As your RA is manageable without medication I would suggest that you’re at no extra risk to vaccine side effects than the general public but if you are unsure I would speak to your rheumy department and see what they think as they will know best.
All the best

I had the Pfizer vaccine & had a sore arm at the site of injection & pain in the arm for about 5 days. I also had a headache for the rest of the day. I was fine after that 😊
Everybody’s reaction is different just as it can be different for everybody on different medication, what suits one might not be good for someone else. Given the amount of folk who have had the vaccine now I think you are safe enough
I had my first vaccine yesterday and I am not on any R.A. Drugs. No problems, arm was a little sore
We have the odd few people here who aren't on meds for their RD but most are so I’m not sure you'll have many responses I’m afraid.
