Thought Aston too. Perplexed now. How they didn’t get Morten I’ll never know!! Wallies. He even sang his own song. 🤣 Morten Harket is one of my fave ever singers. His Wild Seed solo album is really beautiful. Don’t think it’s the wonderful Joe Mc 😍. Will be watching on catch up so can’t read anymore below until I do! 😁x

Way back in the 80s I went to an A-Ha concert with my elder sister and her friend who was a massive Morten fan, he randomly held her hand (just grabbed someone from crowd) and I swear she never washed it for weeks!

I must admit be looks amd sounds amazing still, he's never lost it .

Me too .. I’ve been a fan from the start and adore Morten. Listen to his solo albums a lot. I was freaking out each time saying .. why can’t they get him?! Even when he did Take on Me! 😳😁❤️Gorgeous. One of my fave voices ever.

No I wouldn’t have done either. ❤️ When I was 14, Leslie McKeown (Bay City Rollers) did the same when I was front of a BCR show and I gave him a rose 🌹 😁My Mum had to tell me to wash my hand after a while as it was unhygienic! I stuck it out of the shower and washed my hair with one hand! Ate with the clean hand. Oh the things you did. 😆

I'm late to the party but I'd sussed Robin was Aston & Badger was Ne-Yo but Sausage was a complete surprise, I thought it was Sheridan all along. Quite why they filmed her so often at Blackpool passed me by though, don't know of a connection there. The one that surprised me most though was Viking being Morten Harket, even singing his own song he fooled me. 🙈

I got him immediately. I’m a huge fan. So did my hubby as he’s listened a lot to my Aha and Morten songs. Got Sophie E-B instantly as her vibrato is very unique also, and knew straight away Lenny and Robin. None of the others though. Feel silly for not recognising the winner .. one of our most brilliant singers. She’s just got so much better too. x

A-ha, you would then! I also got Sophie EB as on certain words she's very British (almost cut glass). Similarly for Mel B, she couldn't hide the Leeds accent completely. It was only on his last song that I got Lenny Henry. John Thompson has a local accent so he was an easy one.

I had heard a lot of Sophie with her kitchen discos last year! I’m a Leeds girl but didn’t get Mel B. She tried to hide her flat vowels! Shame on me. (I don’t sound like Mel though. ) Some great voices including hers. Strange how we hear things. I thought Morten was so very obvious and you thought John Thompson was!

Oh I did that too! It wasn't until Gabrielle was mentioned by one of the judges I recognised Harlequin. I do have a knack for accents for some reason, can't emulate them for toffee though! It drives me mad that my h can't even tell an Irish accent from a Welsh one!

We've had to be strict with ourselves not to binge watch it. We don’t have Now TV just Freeview & Prime but have just started Lucifer, next one is the 4th ep so plenty to go. Nearly finished the final season of Marvellous Mrs Maisel, we've enjoyed that.
