Moomin8 I would just like to say that I think there was an over reaction to your post yesterday "Recovery from Covid advice 1-3" (which has now disappeared) , you did advise people to seek their own medical advice and for someone to say it was "dangerous" was somewhat over the top. I had saved it to refer back to but that has also now disappeared. I do hope that you feel that you still have something to contribute to this forum. We all have our own views and should be allowed to air them but I feel that the castigation of your post was unfair.

Thank you for your kind words Sue. I deleted it because I didn't want to cause a problem. I had sat on it for some time, but when one of our own was obviously struggling, I just didn't want to not say anything. I reiterated that I'm not medically trained etc. I have it on a PDF if ever it is needed. I just hope it never is x

That was very thoughtful of you, I hope that it hasn't put you off posting, remember it is often the minority that spoil things for the majority, they should be ignored. You have a lot to offer all of us on this forum and I am certain that your post's have helped many people that have been at times struggling.
