Steroid injection

Morning folk on this horrible day,I was at hospital yesterday at the joint clinic and got a steroid injection into my elbow so hopefully the pain eases a bit,the consultant also said I’ve got tennis elbow as well and need physio plus they will be able to give me a special strapping to put on it,I’ve also had a diarrhoea bug which is settling a bit now so it’s a rest day for me feet up ,take care and stay safe xxx

Rotten luck! Prescription for a quiet day with rubbish tv, feet up and the occasional cuppa needed. Hoping you feel better very soon

I had a steroid injection in my ankle today so I’m sat with my feet up and not feeling guilty! I had tennis elbow diagnosed a few years ago and I was prescribed a course of acupuncture by my go. That worked and it’s not come back. I hope you get sorted.

Hope the injection helps you rab. Tennis elbow and golfers elbow is no fun and I’m lucky enough to have both lol, you’ll have to give us the heads up if the strapping you’ve been given helps because I’ve tried all sorts and it hasn’t helped but I suppose it’s made 10 times worse because I have to use a walking stick to help me get around. Rest up and don’t feel guilty about it.
