Hey guys can you help me as to what this weird patch of skin under my nose is?

So this weird thing under my left nostril developed around a week or so ago under my nose, it is itching and i think expanding and skin texture and color slightly changed

It could be ringworm. Don't panic, it's not an actual worm but fungal, like athlete's foot. One way to find out is to put some canestan on it. It will either go away because it is in fact ringworm or it will go away because it is eczema and responding to the base of the cream.

Or it could be eczema or psoriasis ....best thing would be to show it to a doctor.
