Very unlikely that you had covid, so don’t worry about that.

There are places you could call who might be able to help you. One is CALM.

CALM is the Campaign Against Living Miserably, for people in the UK who are down or have hit a wall for any reason.

Call 0800 58 58 58 (daily, 5pm to midnight)

Or look up the number for PALS, the patient liaison service, at your hospital and see if they offer an advocate to help yiu at medical appointments.

COVID-19 is the strain of COVID discovered in 2019. There have been previous strains, but not as damaging as this one, so this is not possible to have this strain prior to 2019.
