Hi I've been taking cosentyx for a few years now and have found an improvement in my arthritis. I had tried 2 other biologics before cosentyx and suffered horrendous side effects, which I don't get with cosentyx. My advice is go forward with an open mind. Hope this helps.

Hello

Do you take it with methotrexate? I have also been on it and it’s been pretty successful for 18 months now. I would love to stop taking my 10 mgs but obviously don’t want to trigger a flare..

Of course what works for one of us doesn’t work for the other !

I have PSA too. This is my 3rd biological - always been on the methotrexate

Yes I take 29mg of s/c methotrexate every week with it. I still get flares from time to time but I do feel better with the cosentyx
