Thrilled to hear your news and happy to know your new sauna is having such a beneficial effect. I suspect it will feel even better in the winter

Sounds wonderful! So great it’s helping you. I was a regular at a health club/spa until February when I had to stop to have an op and then ... uh .. we all stopped so to speak! I miss the sauna but even more so the herbal steam room which was so beneficial to my joints and also my panels and respiratory. My skin was immaculate when using the sauna and steam both facial and body. I still keep up a facial sauna at home and my skin is always decent so no issues there but yes, it is very beneficial. 💗(I was not supposed to go in the sauna with my opiate patch on, but managed to work it so it wasn’t on for the direction of the pool/so visit in a Sunday. Replaced it a bit later in the evening.)

Morning Matalow, i hope you enjoy your sauna, i don't think i will be allowed in one now thanks to COPD. I have used one in the past and i agree it does make your skin lovely. xxx

Aw happy days with your sauna. I’m well jell! 😊 I wanted one but in the end I decided on a walking machine as we couldn’t get proper exercise during shielding instead.

I hope it keeps working for you. ((hugs)) M x
