Could well be your RA Johnnie.
Most likely RA.
I even have it in my jaw. Where there's a joint, there's a way!
Impossible to say! Hips are not the most common area for RA to attack, but doesn’t mean it never happens. Hips are also a popular spot for osteoarthritis, and you can have both that and RA. Hip pain is also a symptom of Polymyalgia Rheumatica (and you can have that and RA and osteoarthritis - these diseases like to go around in groups!)
But equally, you could just have pulled a muscle and the pain will be gone in a couple of days!
Yeah probably RA related. Mine affects my hips ankles and feet more than my wrists elbows and hands. Started in my wrists then other joints joined the party. Having said that if you’re having foot issues and the way you walk has changed ‘your gait’ this can set off hip problems. So be vigilant and if it gets worse or doesn’t go away inform your team if your able.
I have pain in my hips too. M gp says it’s muscular, and I think he’s properly right because the pain is a bit different to my RA pain.
Yep I have hip pain and chronic lower back pain it all seems to join in together I think a little gentle exersise may help you but aas others have said it is impossible to really say without a consultation first. Good Luck
