I am sorry she’s suffering. I’m afraid I can’t help. I would go back to the GP and get a telephone appointment to discuss. Good luck

I agree with bubblyalex, you need to go back to the GP to discuss the results. I hope she feels better soon.

There are many things that cause a raised ESR, from long term illnesses to a passing infection. She needs to discuss with a doctor, especially if she also has a raised temperature, 52 is above normal but not sky high, it can go into the hundreds so don’t worry but do go to the doctor!

Hello. Sorry to hear this. It's Anti CCP needed as this indicates RA is 70% of patients. What's her White Cell count as sounds like an infection? Any swollen tender joints? Back to the GP to ensure you have a more thorough investigation. Remember fasting blood sugar us the true diagnostic for diabetes so just check that's been done. Has she had an ECG? Liver function done? Good luck. X

As others have said you should go back to your doctor.

As you are in India we don’t know how your health system works...so best advice will be available to you locally.

I agree with the others, your wife should see her own doctor for an explanation of the results of the blood test. We here have Rheumatoid Disease/Arthritis, we're not medically trained so unable give specific help. If she's diagnosed with the condition we'll be happy to welcome her, but only on a caring support & experience level. Sorry we're unable to help further.
