Vibration plate for RA

Has anyone tried using a whole body vibration plate for pain relief? I’ve just been on one for the first time in years ( was too scared to ), and my hands feel amazingly free. My fingers were so sore and stiff before and I only did 5 mins! Now I’m worried I may pay for it tomorrow but will enjoy it while it lasts. 😊

I'll be interested to see how you feel tomorrow Lina - I have an old vibration plate (not like the ones you see in gyms) but I hardly ever use it, it's a Power Maxx. It must be about two years ago when I used it last. I have thought about it over the last several months but was too afraid it use it in case it caused a flare.

I've been considering this as my mum recently acquired one and I'm terrified for a go as the lawn mower can cause a full blown hand flare lol. Please keep us posted as you go on Lina, if its a reasonably good help I'd love to give it a go.

I haven’t used a full body one but did try a foot plate one. On the lowest setting for only a couple of minute. Oh my god did I pay for it my knees have never been so bad I the pain I had afterwards was excruciating. I’m very pleased you seemed to get some relief but for me NO WAY NEVER AGAIN.
