I was given one if those pens.....admittedly a long time ago so they may have improved...but I found I couldn’t use it.

The one I had needed to be pressed to activate & it was so stiff my hands weren’t strong enough. In fact I haven’t heard of anybody who has had relief from using one.

I have no knowledge of laser acupuncture.....did find regular acupuncture helpful after surgery....but not tried it for RA.

Sorry can’t be more helpful....hope someone has good news for you.

Pain gone pens may be useful if you have a specific point of pain somewhere as it works by distracting the nerves in that area (so I understand). I cannot see how I would use it personally in multiple sites...

I've not come across laser acupuncture. I found acupuncture was helpful to me when I was in a fairly good state anyway, but when I tried it during a flare it had to be abandoned due to an increase in pain. But I know many people find it helpful but expensive on a regular basis.

Thanks to all for your suggestions actually I am so much tired and restless and found no solution of my RA and astoarthrites to settle down and I could do daily activities. My rehumotogiest had tried many treatment but instead of giving me benefit they all are making me more stressful in form of sever reactions. Now my consultant wants me to refer to orthopedic department for knee surgery although she is reluctant for surgery at the age of48 could give me some benefit or not .

I've not heard of the pen but swear by Osteopathy. I do use the local and good Oesto. and it helps with all sorts of things like knee to back pain.
