Online Self-Management Survey

We are proposing to develop some online meeting groups, where we will focus on specific subjects. The aim will be to give you an opportunity to share and learn new self-management tips.

The meetings will be relaxed but will have structure and learning outcomes. So we would like to ask you a few questions about the groups before we determine the final format.

Please fill out the survey by following this link: surveymonkey.co.uk/r/W7Z6CNM

Many thanks and best wishes,

This is the same survey as linked below so can you advise did I fill in this survey for a reason other than the one described below ? "As part of our work to support people through this difficult time, NRAS is providing evidence to the Health and Social Care Committee of the House of Commons. This evidence is about the impact of coronavirus on people with RA and JIA, and will help inform the government's next steps to get us all through the pandemic. Please help by sharing your experience with us through this quick, anonymous survey."

I DO NOT CONSENT TO INFORMATION SUPPLIED FOR THE ABOVE TO BE USED TO INFORM GROUPS. IN my view you must not use any information gathered for one purpose to inform another.

Spot on ML.

There seem to be a lot of Surveys being suggested here lately.

I'm concerned because this was a lengthy survey and I felt intrusive anyway but going for a useful cause, not gathering information for any other purpose. I've only ever done one of these surveys so remembered it.

This is a different survey m-l isn’t it? The one above has questions about online meeting groups not the impact of coronavirus on people with RA.

The link I clicked on here took me to the other survey I've only done 1 so it so then its an incorrect link.
