Thanks for the link Deeb, I've saved it, good yo know, we're currently still able to get Tesco deliveries but by my husband staying up till 12.00 to nab a slot 😣 . This may come in handy if we cannot get another slot whilst waiting for my letter.

Thank you, Deeb. A very useful link but, unfortunately, none of the suppliers deliver to my area. However, there is a 'request postcode' function which I completed. Wish me luck!

James Martin lives Yorkshire/Lancs so think more based that way but worth a try for some of us. Nothing near me but we have a great butcher so this helps and a local farm shop for veggies,joys of living in the UK food production region.

He lives in Hampshire. He is Yorkshire born & bred brought up on the Castle Howard Estate, his Dad was Catering Manager. His family were farmers, pigs predominantly originally I think.
