Please Stop worrying about whether you get the letter....The NHS are obviously completely overwhelmed by the situation ..we can all help by reading all the NRAS advice....including the advice on here on the Pinned Posts (top right) & deciding we are going to take all the recommended safety precautions,& then just get on with our lives the best way we can.

You sound like a glass half full sort of person today Ajay.

I am of the half glass full persuasion.

I have had more serious illnesses in my long life than most people,& I am convinced having a positive attitude to this very serious Pandemic is the way to go.....take it seriously....deal with it....but like RA ....don’t let it take over your life.

Don’t dwell on misery.......despite the saying...it doesn’t like company....

Me too I refuse to go into panic just be sensible if at home stay home and if that not having a letter worries you stay home. We are all adults who need to take some responsibility in all of this too. Make a choice for you.

I did expect to get a letter but not received one so far, I’m on Humira, mtx and prednisolone, however I am staying in, my family would be horrified if I went out, they are so worried for me. They are doing all my shopping, I realise how lucky I am, also have a garden, plus they FaceTime. Such different times. X

Hiya, gosh its worrying times isnt it. I've never been filled with so much anxiety, every slight clearing of the throat or twinge lol!

I havent had a letter yet but we all know we have to stay in a) due to government restrictions and b) most of our meds.

I think the only difference with the letter is a bit of advice on getting community support which I think looking at yesterdays asking for volunteers is happening now.

I've been taking my mind off it by watching movies and doing the nhs exercise videos and only watching the news once a day.

So stay in hunker down I think till it's done xxxx virtual hugs x

Hiya ajay you could always email your Gp and that way your not hogging the phone lines and your not alone worrying. Last week I got so concerned found myself crying few times. It’s a shock to your system. My Gp even put my blood pressure pills up. I live alone and my kids are miles away. But I’ve found if you turn off main tv watch Netflix or whatever. Play games listen to music only watch when Coronavirus updates once a day. It helps

I’m on mtx and benepali and I’m not expecting a letter. Do you have other comorbidities or are you over 70? Otherwise we won’t receive one.

Well that’s what I thought until my doctors said different. I was sitting watching it all day. But every channel talks about it. You come online their talking about it. So I log on once a day and turn off main tv during the day and watch amazon or Netflix then turn on teatime main tv. It does help a lot and my blood pressure is down. I talk to my kids every day. But turn them all off. I’ve even got adult colouring book lol

Letter or no letter I'm staying in. We walk the dog and that's it. Luckily we have a garden and three of our children have offered to bring supplies as and when needed.
