Ok but chesty did bloods today and respiratory clinic next Fri and now on high doses of steroids as not allowed MTX. Just reading doing puzzles and being in my calm little bubble x

Ahh thanks Pippy25 I am known as one who stays calm and tries to just live life I am not into drama and prefer hugs to hate kinda girl. So if I feel stressy and its been that kind of week at work I go to my calm bubble xx

I think it's the best way Deeb. I've sadly had to isolate.but am hoping to get up early and drive to my local coastline and just sit for a while with the windows open and try to ground myself as my late dad and I used to go and sit and look out to sea to calm and reflect. Sometimes we used to see murmerations (if I have spelt it right) and this was spectacular to see. So your calm bubble sounds a good idea. x

We are pottering around the garden from next week tryign to grow herbs and lettuces etc and the odd drive to the coast too. You need sanity moments when things are like this to stay grounded. x
