In the last year I have had pain quite regularly in the lower back, not unusual for my age really. But, I have also been getting pain in my ribs, sometimes just the right hand side and sometimes all the way round and at times severe or other times mild. I think it is RD in the cartilage connecting the ribs to the breast bone, but of course, this is guess work.
I would love to hear your thoughts and experiences

I agree with helixhelix and mmrr I have had this too, twice ( first time so incredibly unbearable pain) I found a course of Prednisolone helped kick the inflammation out. Second time it was mild but I recognised the feeling so self dosed with ibuprofen. Don’t suffer on as it can really take hold, speak to your Rheumatologist! Hope it eases soon,
